Kimberley Middlemis FCA

Managing Partner

Kimberley has 25 years’ experience as a professional practitioner, board, and business owner level in the financial services sector, spanning business advisory, accounting, and wealth management. Kimberley is the Managing Partner and a shareholder of Adrians, one of Australia’s leading boutique integrated Chartered Accounting and Wealth Management firms. Kimberley is also a Director of Adrians Wealth Management, the business via which Private Wealth Advice is provided to clients.

Kimberley’s role at Adrians is to lead and oversee all aspects of the business including Business Advisory, Private Wealth, Tax Compliance, Operations, and Human Resources. At the same time she is still playing an active role as the trusted adviser to a selection of the firm’s business clients. Kimberley sits on the Advisory Boards of a number of these businesses, many of whom are high profile QLD success stories, with whom she has worked closely for years, providing strategic advice.

After finishing university with a Bachelor of Commerce she commenced her studies to become a Chartered Accountant (CA), achieving the Certificate of Merit Award for top 5% of candidates in Australia for Financial Reporting with CA ANZ, and was admitted as a Chartered Accountant in 2000. Kimberley has also completed the Executive Program with a focus on Leading Professional Services Firms at Harvard Business School in the USA.

With a focus on giving back to the industry and community, Kimberley is on the Public Practitioner Panel for Chartered Accountants Australia and NZ, (CAANZ) and plays a formal mentoring role for a number of junior accountants at the early stages of their careers. In recognition of years of service to the profession, in 2021 Kimberley was admitted as a Fellow of the CA ANZ.

Kimberley has also held Board roles in not for profit organisations including as a Director of Habitat for Humanity NSW and Queensland. This is a cause she feels passionately about as it provides housing solutions for societies most underprivileged members. She is passionate about small businesses and seeing them grow as a result of good advice. She is also passionate about financial literacy and education for the next generation, and plays an active role as a member of the St Margaret’s School community running financial education sessions for girls at the school.

Sally Abercrombie CA

Partner

Sally has over 30 years experience as a qualified accountant. Sally has worked for 24 years in professional practice as well as working for JP Morgan in London in their treasury division.  Sally qualified as a Chartered Accountant 26 years ago and her time in professional practice has been predominantly in business advisory working with owner-managed businesses and high net wealth individuals.  Sally has worked with clients from a wide range of industries and in all stages of the business life cycle. Sally is proud of the fact that she has clients today that she started working with in the early 90’s as a graduate accountant.

Faisal Mohamed CA

Partner

Faisal joined the Adrians practice in 2008 as a graduate accountant and has worked his way up through the ranks and is now a Partner within the firm.  He has a passion for working with family businesses to create value within their businesses and help them realise their aspirations.  He has a very keen focus on trouble-shooting difficult situations and strategizing solutions to move forward.  He has had extensive experience within the SME business and SMSF space and in dealing with government regulatory bodies such as the ATO. Faisal is a registered Tax Agent and qualified CA, having completed the relevant training for advisory in public practice.  He hails from a background of academic excellence, having been awarded a number of merits through his studies.

Angeline Bryer CPA

Partner

Angeline has been helping businesses for more than 25 years and has been a part of the Adrians team since 2013. Previously she ran a business consulting firm and held various Financial Management roles in large multinational businesses. She is a wife, mother and CPA, holding a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and Computing. Angeline practices in business advisory and taxation but is incredibly passionate about strategic planning, business efficiency and cloud systems architecture. Angeline helps her clients work out what they want to achieve in life and to define the roadmap to make goals happen. She is a skilled facilitator and problem solver, who believes that there is always a better way. She has deep expertise in working with business owners to devise structured plans to build value in their businesses via the Adrians Value Creation Plan process. In her spare time, she enjoys wakeboarding, snow skiing, reading, watching AFL with her family and volunteering with local organisations to help young people achieve more in life.

Christine Walsh CA

Partner

Christine has 27 years experience as an accountant and business adviser and has been a member of the Adrians team for the last 20 years. Christine has deep experience working with a variety of industries including retail, manufacturing, agricultural, building and investment businesses.  A passion for Christine is being a trusted business adviser to help her clients grow and increase the value of their business. Jim Wheeler FCA

Partner

Jim has been with Adrians since 1993 starting as the Managing Partner & Director and now working as a Partner in advisory & tax. Originally from Victoria, Jim worked with another boutique accounting firm from 1980 to 1993 where he made partner in 1986. After moving to Brisbane Jim had purchased what was then named the Adrian, Warry & Hoppner firm. Jim now works with Adrians as a mentor, advisory support and deals with higher level client consultations. He spends his day assisting other team members with client related queries and with client communications where required. Jim is a mentor to all of the Adrians team especially the Accounting Partners as he has set a benchmark for Adrians level of work and client experience. Jim is passionate about getting results for his clients in difficult financial or business-related situations. He also loves to see the younger Adrians team develop and grow within their roles and become experienced professionals in the firm he pioneered.

Henry Googe CA

Senior Associate

After 5 years working in private enterprise, Henry joined Adrians over 5 years ago rising quickly to Senior Associate within the firm. His time in private enterprise gave him invaluable experience for his role at Adrians as a trusted adviser to SME business owners. During this time he gained experience in management positions dealing with issues such as:

Henry has a passion for corporate advisory work with his clients to help them work through business growth strategies, forecasting, and operational management consulting. He has worked with business owners on multi-stage, multi-year commercial restructures within the construction sector; consulted on business strategy and execution for a number of successful businesses in the software and services start-up space; acted as a representative for business owners with various key professional service providers when executing restructures, M&A work, commercial arrangements and strategy. Steph Young CA

Senior Associate

Steph has 10 years experience as an Accountant and has been working with Adrians for over 4 years rising to the level of Senior Associate within the firm .  Steph’s specialty is working with small businesses in the ‘setup’ process. Steph’s day-to-day consists of constant client help and support, she spends most of her time resolving financial issues that her clients run into. Steph has 10 years of industry experience across a few different accountancy firms. Steph is passionate about helping people. When a client comes to her stressed and she is able to resolve their problem she feels satisfaction in relieving their stress. Every second weekend Steph continues to pursue her passion for helping people by assisting those with disabilities.

Yi Penna CPA

Senior Associate

Yi has 19 years experience in Accounting and Business Advisory and has been a member of the Adrians team since 2005. After graduating in 2002 Yi worked in commerce for a leading manufacturing business as an internal accountant for 3 years. Yi has many years experience working with clients in the Building industry, Medical industry, Manufactory sector, Real Estate industry, car dealers and Investment entities, and is seen as a trusted adviser to her clients. Yi provides strategic advice in relation to budgeting, cash flow, tax planning, business group structures and small business capital gain tax concessions.  Yi has utilised her language advantage and worked closely with a range of overseas business owners with exporting/importing operations.  In this role Yi has helped a her clients to grow and target new markets, and she is very proud that she has been able to partner with her clients to assist them to exceed their goals.

Andrew has 13 years experience in the accounting and business advisory industry, starting as a graduate accountant with Adrians in 2008.  Andrew has deep experience with various accounting software and systems, accounting, tax and SMSF compliance.

Eve Laurie CA

Eve has been a part of the Adrians team for over 15 years working as a Client Manager. Eve provides accounting, tax, and business services along with consulting advice to small businesses and their family groups. Eve has over 18 years of experience in the accounting industry as she started as a trainee accountant in 2002 later gaining her CA certification in 2008. Eve is most passionate about the personal relationships and connections she builds with her clients over the years. She also enjoys witnessing clients achieve success and reach their goals. Eve is one of our offsite employees, working in regional New South Wales where she lives with her husband and three children.

Veronica Morgan CA

Client Manager

Veronica has been with Adrians for 10 years working as a Client Manager. Veronica worked as an undergraduate for three years at another Brisbane based firm before joining the Adrians team. She enjoys helping her clients with their numbers so that they can focus on the areas of their businesses that build business value. She is passionate about relieving her clients of stress so that they can focus on other aspects of their business. Away from the office Veronica partakes in competitive dance sport which is something she has done since the age of four.

Ann Costanzo

Client Manager

Ann started with Adrians over three years ago after having completed university and joining the company as a graduate accountant. Ann has progressed from standard foundation tax work to becoming a Client Manager responsible for a variety of different clients including companies and super funds. Ann takes pride in her ability to guide her clients through complicated tax scenarios. Prior to joining qualifying as an accountant and joining Adrians, veterinarian science was her calling. After practicing as a vet for 21 years and running her own successful practice, Ann decided to take on a new challenge and join the accounting and advisory industry. Away from the office Ann enjoys cooking and staying active by cycling and hiking. She also keeps up her Veterinarian skills by volunteering with a charity called Pets in the Park.

Markus Balodis

Client Manager

Markus has been with Adrians for three years working as an Accountant. Markus prepares financial reports, tax returns and liaises with clients on all of their business-related matters. This can range from the client’s lodgement requirements to advisory work. Markus is passionate about the business advisory component of his role. Adrians organises strategic sessions with various clients to generate a plan for their business which Markus regularly consults at. He looks to show the bigger picture to clients so that their businesses can progress and grow. Away from the office Markus partakes in the world of Warhammer. He is a collector of the figurines used in the strategy tabletop game.

Kate Eades

Senior Accountant

Kate started with Adrians in March of 2021 as a Senior Accountant. Kate works on the compliance processing for our larger group entities. This involves preparing companies, trusts and superannuation funds financial reports and working through complex entities’ tax returns. Kate has four years of industry experience starting her accounting career in July of 2017. Kate is originally from Newcastle and moved to Brisbane in 2021 to take up her role as a Senior Accountant with Adrians. Kate enjoys problem solving for her clients. Small businesses don’t always realise the resources available to them, Kate appreciates being able to present these resources to a client to help them along their financial journey. Away from the office, Kate is an avid sports fan. She enjoys watching the NRL, her team being the Newcastle Knights.

Billy Halim

Accountant

Billy has been an accountant with Adrians for over three years. After completing his degree at QUT, Billy worked in the government sectors and for not-for-profit organisations in their accounting divisions. These were internship and volunteering positions as Billy looked to gain as much industry experience as possible before entering the full-time workforce. Billy is responsible for preparing Tax Returns, Financial Reports, Fringe Benefit Tax Returns and Business Activity Statements for several clients. Billy is passionate about giving the most informative and high value advice to clients to assist them along their financial journey within their business.

Karlie Paul

Accountant

Karlie has been with Adrians since July of 2020 working as an Accountant. Karlie is responsible for the compliance work for many of the Adrians clients. She also assists in the bookkeeping department. Karlie has been working in the accounting industry since 2018 as an intern. Karlie progressed into a part-time role while she completed university. Following her graduation, Karlie started full-time as an accountant before interviewing for a role with Adrians. Karlie enjoys being client focussed and helping people achieve their personal and business goals. She finds value in learning about the different experiences of each individual client and implementing these learnings across all of her compliance work. Karlie likes to stay active away from the office by attending boxing classes.

Jemma Whitby

Accountant

Jemma has been an accountant with Adrians for four and a half years specialising in tax and compliance for SMSFs. She brings a wealth of experience to Adrians with 5 years’ experience in the financial sector and one year of SMSF education. Jemma takes pride in assisting her clients to stay compliant and ensuring they always receive the best outcome. Zara Wienert

Undergraduate Accountant

Zara has been a team member at Adrians since the end of 2019 working as an undergraduate accountant. Zara is responsible for preparing financial reports and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and super funds. She finds the most satisfaction in working through investments within trusts and companies. Zara grew up and went to school in regional Queensland and loves getting back home to see her dog that happens to weigh 65kgs!

Holly Kinsman

Undergraduate Accountant

Holly started her position with Adrians in 2020 as an undergraduate accountant. Holly has been assisting with the bookkeeping of several clients which consists of reconciling bank statements, BAS & IAS prep, and super fund bookkeeping. Holly is passionate about efficiency and generating a comprehensive final product for our clients. Holly spends her weekends enjoying the fine dining that Brisbane has to offer.

Harriet Warby

Undergraduate Accountant

Harriet has been with Adrians since January of 2021, coming straight from high school and starting a position as a junior bookkeeper. Harriet was the recipient of the Adrians Award for the top Accounting student at her secondary school St Margaret’s. Harriet prepares Business Activity Statements and works closely with the senior management and bookkeeping teams coordinating and maintaining the bookkeeping for several clients. Harriet enjoys the efficiency of working with other bookkeepers to relieve clients of unnecessary stress when it comes to the secretarial components of their business. Harriet played touch football and netball throughout her high schooling and intends to join the university clubs this year.

Deborah Hopkins CA

Bookkeeping Manager

Deborah started with Adrians as a Client Manager in 1999.  She is currently in a bookkeeping management position that she commenced in 2013. Prior to this, Deborah started in the accounting industry in 1994 for a local firm on the Gold Coast as an undergraduate. After having moved to Adrians she now attends to the bookkeeping needs of clients, this can include creditor reconciliations, bank reconciliations, invoicing and BAS preparation. Deborah prides herself on helping others with the key components of their business lives. Keeping her clients organised is Deborah’s top priority.

Regina Visser

Bookkeeping Manager

Regina has been with Adrians just short of 14 years working as a Bookkeeper. Regina does the bookkeeping and related compliance work for various Adrians clients. Most of her day consists of resolving issues for clients in their Xero files and conducting client training. Regina started in the accountancy industry in 2000 as an office manager at another boutique firm. Very soon after, she was transferred to the accounts division. Regina quickly progressed to preparing financials and tax returns for larger groups. After travelling overseas for a couple years Regina returned to Australia to start her position with the Adrians Team. Regina enjoys working with clients to resolve their bookkeeping issues and training her clients so that they feel more comfortable resolving these issues themselves in the future. Regina is passionate about chemical-free cleaning and is an avid recycler.

Katrina Jones CA

Bookkeeping Manager

Katrina has been with Adrians for 6 and a half years working as a Bookkeeper and Management reporter. Katrina has 12 years’ experience working in this field. Katrina takes pride in developing meaningful solutions for accounting systems and processes in order to increase efficiency, accuracy, ease of use and insights for small business owners. Away from the office Katrina loves camping, bush walking, gardening, and baking.

Peter Smith

Executive Director

Peter has over 25 years experience at a senior executive, board, and business owner level in the financial services sector, spanning asset management, accounting, and financial advice. He is an owner and executive director of Adrians Group and his role at Adrians is to run the Wealth Management business, oversee group strategy, financial management, and governance. Peter has experience in international and domestic markets, having been based in London, Sydney, and Brisbane, and has deep experience in institutional investment management and financial planning.

Peter began his career with Macquarie Bank in their Investment Management business. He then joined NAB to run the MLC business in Queensland, transferring to London for 4 years, where he ran the MLC business in the UK, overseeing, investment management, financial advice, and business consulting. On returning from London to Sydney, Peter was one of the founding members of the NAB Global Asset Management business which now manages more than $200Bn in assets across global equities, domestic equities, private equity, fixed interest, and multi asset strategies from offices in Sydney, Melbourne, London, New York, and Asia. He is also a past CEO of Godfrey Pembroke, one of Australia’s largest Private Wealth firms with over 200 advice professionals. Peter is a Director of a number of private companies, and has held a number of Institutional Board roles in the financial services sector over the last decade. From 2014 to 2018, he sat on the Investment Advisory Board of Colonial First State and he is currently on the Australian Advisory Board of MetLife, one of the world’s largest insurers, headquartered out of New York.

David van den Berg CFP

David has more than 18 years of experience providing advice to senior executives, small business owners and retirees. He has been with Adrians Private Wealth for 3 years joining the business to start the Private Wealth division of the firm. Joining the business to further his work in helping clients reach their goals. He has assisted many clients navigate through growing their personal and business wealth and transition to retirement. He also believes in giving back to the community, with continued involvement in pro bono work. Including work with the Cancer council to provide free assistance to those people who have been diagnosed with cancer and suffering financial hardship.

Karen Green

Client Service Officer

Karen has been with the Adrians team for over three and a half years working as a Client Service Officer within the Adrians Private Wealth division. Karen appreciates that every client has different needs and wants, and it is her job to ensure that these are met in the day-to-day communications with them. Karen is motivated by helping people realise their financial abilities and prospects. Karen has been working in the finance & insurance industries for over 20 years. She started at NRMA Insurance and was there for 12 and a half years before then transferring to the Commonwealth Bank. From Karen’s position at the Commonwealth Bank, she moved on to NAB where she worked for 4 years. Karen started with a Private practice in West End in 2016 which is where she first met David one of the Adrians Private Wealth partners. Karen takes pride in knowing a lot about cars. Her dream car is a 1972 HQ Monaro in purple.

Fiona Weir

Client Service Officer

Fiona has been with Adrians since August of 2020 working as a Client Service Officer for one of Adrians’ Private Wealth partners Dimitri Petridis. Fiona enjoys the customer service aspect of her position. She is passionate about ensuring all of Dimitri’s clients are well looked after and she believes in the importance of going that extra mile. Fiona has previously worked in the travel industry with Ansett, Virgin and Qantas. Following this Fiona moved to the NT to work in an Indigenous education centre.

Tom Gray

Paraplanner, Associate Adviser

Tom has been with Adrians for over two years coming straight from university. Tom is a Paraplanner in the Adrians Private Wealth team, and works closely with the Principal Advisers in the preparation of advice for clients from a documentation perspective. Tom looks to guarantee that advice documents are clear for the client to understand and clearly outline the services the Private Wealth team will be providing them. Tom has been working in the financial planning industry for over a year. When he first started with Adrians he was an accountant and eventually moved over to the Private Wealth team. On the weekends Tom enjoys playing Texas Hold ‘Em with friends.

Grace Law

Client Service Officer

Grace started with Adrians in February of 2021 as a Client Service Officer in the Private Wealth division. Grace is responsible for prepping advice documents and terms of engagement prior to client meetings. She spends most of her time liaising with clients and product providers and scheduling appointments for the Adrians Private Wealth Partner David. With 4 years prior experience in a similar role within the financial industry, Grace takes pride in being a support for David to consequently help him best achieve the goals and best interests of his clients. Grace is passionate about Archaeology and is in the middle of her master’s in museum studies.

Peter Smith

Peter has over 25 years experience at a senior executive, board, and business owner level in the financial services sector, spanning asset management, accounting, and financial advice. He is an owner and executive director of Adrians Group and his role at Adrians is to run the Wealth Management business, oversee group strategy, financial management, and governance. Peter has experience in international and domestic markets, having been based in London, Sydney, and Brisbane, and has deep experience in institutional investment management and financial planning.

Peter began his career with Macquarie Bank in their Investment Management business. He then joined NAB to run the MLC business in Queensland, transferring to London for 4 years, where he ran the MLC business in the UK, overseeing, investment management, financial advice, and business consulting. On returning from London to Sydney, Peter was one of the founding members of the NAB Global Asset Management business which now manages more than $200Bn in assets across global equities, domestic equities, private equity, fixed interest, and multi asset strategies from offices in Sydney, Melbourne, London, New York, and Asia. He is also a past CEO of Godfrey Pembroke, one of Australia’s largest Private Wealth firms with over 200 advice professionals. Peter is a Director of a number of private companies, and has held a number of Institutional Board roles in the financial services sector over the last decade. From 2014 to 2018, he sat on the Investment Advisory Board of Colonial First State and he is currently on the Australian Advisory Board of MetLife, one of the world’s largest insurers, headquartered out of New York.

Rod Graham

Rod has more than 26 years financial markets experience, and is an independent member of the Adrians Investment Committee, focusing on the review and compilation of tailored client equity portfolios. Rod is based in Brisbane and works with the Granum team on a day to day basis as our equities specialist, working with a select group sophisticated clients. Rod is also the founder and Investment Director of Arbalist Capital Pty Ltd. He specialises in providing advice on Australian and International Equities to Institutional Investors, Charities, Superannuation Funds and Sophisticated Investors.  He specialises in undertaking independent research to identify listed companies with prospects mispriced by the market. He also specialises in building and actively managing diverse equity portfolios. He previously worked with Macquarie Bank, in their Banking and Financial Services Group as an Associate Director. In this role he provided advice on Australian and International Equities to ASX Listed Companies, Institutional Investors, Charities, Superannuation Funds and private investors for 22 years.  This role also entailed various management responsibilities including leading and mentoring new advisers, sitting on deal committees, and working with the Macquarie ECM teams to manage capital raisings. When he resigned from the Bank to establish his own business he was regarded as one of the Bank’s most respected and experienced equities advisers. Before entering investment management 26 years ago, he worked in electrical engineering with Honeywell Ltd – Protection Services Division, as the Queensland State  Manager for 4  years. This entailed operational and P&L responsibility for the business in Queensland – Electronic Security Systems and Service. Prior to this role he held various Engineering roles with Honeywell, Wang Computer and Wormald Group. Leigh Cronan CA

Leigh is a Partner at Evidentia, a leading independent Asset Consulting firm that Granum partner with to manage client investment portfolios. Leigh’s role on the Granum Investment Committee, and on a day to day basis working with the Granum team, is to provide advice on Australian Equities, both at a market and stock specific level. Leigh has broad based experience within the financial services industry spanning almost 30 years, the past 15 years of which was spent in senior portfolio management roles within leading funds management businesses. Most recently Leigh was the Co-Founder, Executive Director and Portfolio Manager at Fairview Equity Partners, a boutique Australian smaller companies fund founded in 2008.  Prior to forming Fairview, he was a Senior Investment Manager at Goldman Sachs Asset Management for approximately 5 years, with broad based stock responsibility across a number of sectors. Greg Pease CFA

Stephen Wood CFP

Stephen has more than 25 years of experience primarily providing specialist strategic advice to high income families, and Corporates. Stephen began his career in banking with Westpac Banking Corporation, gaining valuable financial services experience early in his career. He then moved into the funds management industry in 1996 working with a leading Australian fund manager. Stephen subsequently joined Wilsons (then Wilson HTM), and spent over 20 years there as a Partner and a shareholder. Over this time Stephen worked with wealthy families and Corporates to tailor investment solutions for them. In 2020 Stephen left Wilsons to establish his own firm specialising in the Corporate market, and also to work with Adrians Wealth Management in a specialist role to help the firm better service high net worth and sophisticated investors. Over his career, Stephen has specialised in providing bespoke investment solutions to his clients and has developed a deep knowledge of investment markets, locally and globally, with a specific focus on client education and long term investing.

Hannah Millar

Operations Manager

Hannah has been with Adrians for over a year starting as the Client Experience Officer and progressing into the role of Operations Manager.  Hannah is responsible for the management of the accounting support team, administration team and also takes care of general office operations. Hannah is passionate about people – both clients and the Adrians team. She is focussed on ensuring that work flows smoothly through the office, and that the team are fully equipped to deliver great solutions to clients. Hannah is from Scotland where she established, owned and ran a successful small business (hair salon) for 3 years. From this experience, Hannah found herself very motivated to pursue the fields of business management and outstanding client service.

Jasmine Turner

Executive Support Officer & Marketing Coordinator

Jasmine started with Adrians in August of 2020. She offers support to the Adrians managing partner Kimberley Middlemis and the director Peter Smith. This includes general diary management, appointment scheduling and email monitoring. Jasmine spends most of her day organising company events for both clients and team members, as well as management of all Adrians marketing collateral including the website and social medias. She also oversees the reception and meeting room areas and ensures the client experience is consistent and at a high standard. Jasmine is passionate about the creative component of her new role. She also enjoys the client interactions and building relationships to understand the wants and needs of each client when they arrive at the Adrians office.

Emmanuel Gonjoran

Management Accountant

Emman has been with Adrians for 7 years working as a  Management Accountant. Emman is responsible for preparing the internal Adrians reports, bookkeeping for Adrian Group entities and the yearend compliance. He is passionate about the preparation of the company reports as these reports consequently improve internal decision-making and business management. Emman likes to keep fit and after office hours often goes kick boxing. His other hobby is photography and he enjoys documenting his travels through images.

Peggy Agapito

Project Coordinator

Peggy had worked various roles with different multinational companies for 12 years, all of which had supplemented her experience and eventually had led her to become a part of Adrians for the last 3 and a half years.

As a Project Coordinator, Peggy is focused on the efficiency and structure of processes, which requires her to work with different divisions and to provide the support that will allow team members to maximise their presence and advisory with clients. She ensures that workflow and timelines are in place, finds workarounds, and always takes part in process improvement initiatives.

Peggy is dedicated to what she does in its entirety as she believes that when nothing else seems encouraging or inspiring, it is her passion for work that keeps her going. When Peggy is not in front of her computer, she dons her hat as a parent and as a student. She also has high interests in carpentry and crafts. She finds repurposing worn or damaged furniture rewarding as she feels those items were once irreplaceable and refinishing them would give it longevity and a breath of new life.

Caitlin Czajkowski

Caitlin joined the Adrians team in 2020 as a Client Service Officer. Specifically, Caitlin looks after the client groups of two of the Adrians partners – Sally and Angeline. Caitlin’s day-to-day consists of ensuring that the rest of the Adrians team is organised and punctual with any necessary in and outgoing client communications. Caitlin enjoys working with various types of people both in the office and the Adrians clients. She is driven by the different challenges that arise throughout her day and pushes to ease the workload of the client managers and partners so they can deliver outstanding advice and service to clients. In Caitlin’s spare time she enjoys cooking and cross stitching.

Nicole Middlemis

Administration Assistant

Nicole has been a part of the Adrians team for 14 years. Nicole works in the Administration Support team which involves the processing of in and outgoing mail to clients, as well as ASIC and ATO related updates and tasks. She is enthusiastic about helping where she can around the office and ensuring the wider team maintain a productive workflow. Nicole enjoys gardening and camping in her spare time.

Holly Brown

Administration Assistant

Holly started at Adrians in January of 2021 as an Administration Assistant. Holly monitors incoming and outgoing mail as well as being a support for the reception area including the answering of the Adrians main line. Holly is additionally responsible for the implementation of the Adrians wellbeing program amongst team members. Holly looks forward to the interaction with clients and getting to know them so that the client experience is consistent and at its highest standard. Away from the office Holly is currently studying Social Work to learn more about what her passion for people can accomplish.
