Adrians is hosting a breakfast session in their Fortitude Valley office to get to know the local Actionstep community better. Whether we have worked with your firm in the past or not, we would love to host you.

This breakfast session is a way for us to pick your brain about what you love about your Actionstep system, where your common points are and what you could do without. We want to hear about your implementations, how you are finding operating in your system, how you have been managing sustainable growth and what level of support you need moving forward.

Masterclass: Workflow Designs

Workflows are the what bring your Actionstep system to life.

Well built workflows allow you to automate your administrative tasks, provide increased autonomy to your staff and help managers assign tasks with ease. In essence, workflows help improve your bottom line and company morale.

More Information

The Workflow masterclass takes an in depth look on how to create complex and multilayered workflows, unique to each Action type. You will gain an understanding of how to compile these workflows, link together complex step trees, automatically build documents and send emails, how to establish linked matters, create custom data and tasks, utilize the Wiki tool and much more. We will also look at custom lists, the most efficient way to navigate the system.

At the end of this training session you will have all the tools needed to build the front-end user operated work space, as well as understand all the IT systems knowledge that makes it all possible. You will also have the skills to build user types and permission levels to control who has access to what.

Users will be required to bring their laptops to engage in practical training components. Morning tea and afternoon tea will be provided.

In the document coding master class, we look at all things related to Merge Fields. You will be given the tools to code documents in a way that allows Actionstep to automatically populate those Merge Fields with all kinds of information from the system. You will learn all the basics of coding within Tinysoft Word documents, as well as within the Actionstep system itself, how to use participant types, true and false fields, code in custom data, utilising repeat codes and how to differentiate between companies and individuals.

The result from this training will be that you can create complex templates that Actionstep than automatically generates into fully completed documents with 100% accuracy to grammar and detail. This will save you immeasurable time, prevent the always present human errors and allow you to scale your firms tasks to a wider sphere of employees.
